This presentation provides an overview of food defense for general employee training. It promotes awareness to improve your company’s ability to prevent or minimize the impact of an intentional attack on your product, your name-brand and the food supply. HCG was instrumental in the development of USDA Food Safety Inspection Service food defense guidance materials and generic plans. We continue those efforts today by offering this training. It includes discussions on food defense as well as food fraud and the mitigation strategies that are expected. A certificate of completion will be provided to support your training records.
