The SQF Code includes many mandatory training components for employees at all levels. Refresher training is also a required component of your food safety management system. This video, presented by Cathy Crawford (a former SQF Auditor and current SQF Trainer) provides an overview of over 15 topics. The topics include: why SQF certification is important, HACCP, general hygiene, pest control, allergen awareness, food defense, and more. It’s a great way to keep employees informed and prepare for your annual internal or third-party audit. Upon completion of the training, HCG will issue a certificate of completion for SQF Annual Refresher Training. For your training register, we recommend you print this list of covered topics.
Certificates will only be issued to the number of paid participants. Please include names and emails of all participants at checkout in “order notes” field.
The first 10 participants are $45/person and any additional participants above 10 are $25/person.
