    HCG works closely with food trade associations to provide food safety training and technical assistance to their members. In addition, HCG works closely with the legal profession to assist in technical matters and food safety regulatory issues.  

     

     HCG services include:

    • Providing food safety technical assistance
    • Conducting food safety training for association members
    • Conducting "Due Diligence" audits of food establishments
    • Serve as Expert Witnesses in food safety related matters
    • Assist in Dispute Resolutions between food establishments and regulatory agencies
