Adam Joplin, Associate
Adam started his career in Food Safety at the Natchitoches Meat Pie Company in northern Louisiana. There, he was a key contributor within the Quality Assurance Department working with programs such as HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, and the Emergency Action Plan. He also ensured development and implantation of risk management strategies, conducted validation studies, and provided employee training. Adam worked for several years as an independent HACCP consultant and joined HCG in 2021.
Adam is bilingual (English/ Spanish) and his specialty areas of expertise include seafood HACCP, HACCP training and allergen program development. He is currently based in North Texas and can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
