Developing and Implementing HACCP PlansÂ
This introductory course, following CODEX and NACMCF Guidelines, is accredited by the International HACCP Alliance and meets the HACCP requirements for GFSI benchmarked audits like SQF and BRCGS. It’s tailored for all personnel involved in food safety management and HACCP Plan development, including those seeking HACCP Training or Certification.
Who Should AttendÂ
This course is intended for HACCP Team Members, Quality Assurance or Food Safety Managers, Production, Maintenance, and Research and Development personnel from food or food packaging companies. It’s also beneficial for those needing to be designated as HACCP Trained or HACCP Certified.
Participants who complete the course and pass the exam will receive a certificate bearing the seal of the International HACCP Alliance.
