HACCP Consulting Group will offer a special live, in-person HACCP course on September 4, 2026, in Ovid, New York. Hosted on-site at a family-owned dairy operation, this training will focus on the practical development, implementation, and maintenance of HACCP plans within the dairy industry.

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point, or HACCP, is a practical and systematic food safety management tool. It helps organizations identify potential biological, chemical, and physical hazards, determine where controls are needed, and establish procedures to help prevent unsafe products from reaching consumers.
