This 2-hour live virtual seminar will provide practical, actionable guidance on how to respond to FSIS Noncompliance Records (NRs) for SPS, SSOP, and HACCP. Attendees will learn the corrective actions needed to address an NR, as well as the full appeals process, including how to file an appeal, who to submit it to, what documentation to include, and what potential outcomes to expect. Participants will leave with the knowledge and tools to protect operations, ensure compliance, and navigate the process with confidence.
