Jennifer brings more than 30 years of experience in food manufacturing, auditing, regulatory compliance, program development and implementation, sanitation, and FSIS and FDA labeling.
Jennifer Acuna is a food safety and quality professional with more than 30 years of experience in food manufacturing, auditing, regulatory compliance, program development and implementation, sanitation, and FSIS and FDA labeling.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has held food safety and quality leadership roles with privately owned food manufacturers, including meat and poultry processing, acidified foods, and bakery operations. In these roles, she has been responsible for regulatory compliance, product labeling, auditing, recalls, sanitation programs, and the development and implementation of SQF and BRCGS food safety systems.
Jennifer has successfully completed training in HACCP, Preventive Controls Qualified Individual, SQF Practitioner, SQF Lead Auditor, and BRCGS. Her practical manufacturing background, combined with her experience in auditing, labeling, and food safety system implementation, allows her to help companies strengthen compliance programs and prepare for certification and regulatory requirements.
Jennifer attended Northwestern Oklahoma State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
